BrewTenders – Full and Part Time
We are looking for some of the best BrewTenders around! Must be friendly, energetic and customer service oriented. In this role you will provide overviews of our beers, answer customer questions, serve food and beer at our bars and tables. In addition you’ll be use the POS system, handle cash, cards and maintain clean and sanitized service areas. 

Food Runner / Expo – Full and Part Time
Do you love meeting people and interacting with the entire staff? Our running and expo positions require a fast pace, thinking on your feet and and always pleasing our customers. In this role you will be assisting our service and kitchen staff as well as coordinating with with the front of house staff to make sure everyone is well taken care of. 

Requirements: In this role we required you to have a flexible schedule including weekends. You also must have the ability to stand, sit, bend or lift for extended periods of time. 

Designer – Part Time 
We are looking for a super creative designer that can work with all kinds of media both online, in print, and on apparel.  We foster creativity at Steel Leaf and love bouncing new ideas of each other. You’ll be helping us design labels, posters, apparel, online media and more. 

Requirements: A deep experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and MS suite and a portfolio of work.  

Event Coordinator – Part Time 
We are looking for an outgoing, positively wonderful event coordinator who lives to please customers. In this role you will be assisting our Director of Events coordinating a variety of Steel Leaf events including parties, trainings, special occasions and field events. 

Requirements: The ability to work in a fast pace environment. The ability to lift 50 pounds and have flexible availability on weekends.  

Brewery Specialist (Bowling/Merchandise Store)- Part Time
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly specialist who lives to please customers. In this role you will be assisting our Director of Events coordinating a variety of Steel Leaf activities including Bowling, Kan-jam, Corn hole and merchandise store activities. 

Requirements:  The ability to work in a fast pace environment. The ability to lift 50 pounds and have flexible availability on weekends.

Line Cooks, Fry Cooks and Prep 
We are looking for Cooks and Kitchen Staff with a strong work ethic, love of cooking and the hospitality industry. A basic understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients and equipment. You need to have the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, working in hot conditions and lifting heavy objects. Know that this work is in a fast-paced environment and you will have to perform under pressure as well as maintain a safe, clean and organized environment. . 

Cooks – Required Experience: 1+ years working in the industry.

Brewer
We are looking for a confident, outgoing team member that will assist our head brewer in day-to-day brewing operations. In this roll you will be brewing, cleaning, sanitizing, performing fermentation maintenance and conditioning tanks. Other activities include mashing in and out, tank transfers, gravity checks and pH testing. You will help the Head Brewer clean and sanitizes product lines, equipment and general working area in the cellar including floors, tank exteriors, parts, floor drains, filtration equipment, racks and containers.

Required Experience: 1-3 years in a production brewery or actively involved in pursuing brewing education at the college level. 

Dish Washers and Table Busser 
This is a great entry level position if you are interested in gaining experience in the kitchen and the Tap room. Your daily job functions include, Cleaning and clearing tables, washing dishes, assisting the kitchen with prep items and restocking. Occasionally restocking the front of the house glassware etc…
